The personal data provided will be processed by JOAN JOSEP BOSCH BESSA with the purpose of providing the requested health services as well as for the necessary administrative procedures inherent in the care process with the legal basis of consent and Article 9 of the RGPD to be necessary for medical diagnosis or provision of health care by a professional subject to the obligation of professional secrecy. 

Your data may be disclosed to insurance companies, the Catalan Health Service or other paying entities, if applicable, for the purpose of carrying out diagnostic tests and/or surgical operations to be performed throughout the care process, and for the payment by the latter of health care expenses and fees and to send, when necessary, care reports related to the insured coverage. 

The health data will be kept for 15 years from the date of discharge from the care process by virtue of Law 16/2010, of 3 June, amending Law 21/2000, of 29 December, on the rights to information concerning the health and autonomy of the patient, and clinical documentation, and in any case for the period of time established by the legislation in force at any given time.
